Join PNSFA for our annual gathering of the Pacific Northwest's steel leaders and partners for three days of networking and thought provoking educational sessions. 

Conference Registration - Includes Wednesday Opening Reception, Thursday Sessions, plus Breakfast & Dinner, and Friday Sessions plus Breakfast

Companion Registration - $200 (includes Wednesday Reception and Thursday Dinner)

Thursday Golf - SOLD OUT, please email [email protected] to be added to the waitlist - $200 per person (includes 18 holes of golf, lunch, golf cart, unlimited floating practice balls, forecaddie, gratuity for forecaddie, complimentary warm-up sports massage, and the chance to win one of the team prizes.) Only 36 spots available.

Golf Tee Times begin at 12:00 pm on Thursday, September 18th.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for conference, golf and/or companion registrations received on or before August 18, 2025 will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after August 18, 2025 but prior to September 8, 2025 will receive a 50% refund of their fees. Cancellations and no shows on or after September 8, 2025 will not receive a refund.

Deadline for the room block is August 7th, 2025

All reservations must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit equal to the first night's room, tax, and surcharges. Cash, check, or credit card is accepted for payment. Cancellations by individual attendees are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's payment.
