Lodging
The conference will take place at CDA Resort https://www.cdaresort.com/. The conference nightly group rates are $259, $289 and $339 dependent upon the room type you choose. There are a limited number of rooms negotiated at these rates with a release date of 8/10/23 so please book your room before then.
- Guests’ reservations can be made individually over the phone through the resort's Reservations Department by calling 888-965-6542. When calling this number, the attendee will need to press #2, then #1 for Group Reservations.
- Please feel free to use the link below to make a reservation on-line. This reservation link covers peak nights only (check-in September 20 - check-out September 22). If any attendee would like to extend their stay on either side of the event dates, they will need to phone our reservations department to receive the group rate based on overall resort availability.

All reservations must be accompanied by a deposit equal to the first night's room, tax and surcharges. Cancellations by individual attendees are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's payment. Guests can change or cancel reservations up to 14 days prior to arrival, to avoid a forfeiture of deposit.
Travel
The Coeur d'Alene Resort is located at 115 South Second Street, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83814. The Spokane International Airport is the closest to the resort and is approximately 40 miles or 45 minutes from the resort. Traveling to Coeur d’Alene by Air or Car.
