Golf Tee Times begin at 12:00 pm on Thursday, September 18th.

Registration Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for conference, golf and/or companion registrations received on or before August 18, 2024 will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations received after August 18, 2024 but prior to September 8, 2024 will receive a 50% refund of their fees. Cancellations and no shows on or after September 8, 2024 will not receive a refund.

Individuals will make their own reservations for this event. For reservations please call 888-965-6542 and request the PNSFA Annual Conference.

Deadline for the room block is August 7th, 2025

All reservations must be accompanied by a non-refundable deposit equal to the first night's room, tax, and surcharges. Cash, check, or credit card is accepted for payment. Cancellations by individual attendees are subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night's payment.
